Our hire prices are already listed on the website, so this form is for those who would like a full quote including transport and handling. Simply complete all the details, including event date, venue location, and item quantities, and we’ll confirm availability and provide a tailored quote for you.
Once you’ve reviewed and accepted the quote, we’ll issue a Booking Invoice so you can secure your booking with a 25% non-refundable deposit.
We’ll then take care of the rest — ensuring your hire items are delivered on time and collected once your celebration has come to a close.
If you’d prefer to self pick-up and return your hire items to us, please use the Ready to Book – Hire Info / Check Availability Form instead.
1. Standard Hire Period (Flat Rate): Our flat hire rate covers up to 5 days (Thursday Delivery - Monday Collection), allowing you plenty of time for setup and pack-down around your weekend event.
2. Extended Hire Policy: Need your items a little earlier or want to return them later? No problem — an Extended Hire Fee of 25% of the total hire amount applies for each additional day outside the standard Thursday–Monday window.
3. Booking Confirmation: Once you’ve reviewed and accepted the quote, we’ll issue a Booking Invoice so you can secure your booking with a 25% non-refundable deposit. section 8. Payments & Cancellations Schedule our Terms & Conditions.
