If you are outside this area, or prefer to self pick-up and return your hire items, please use our Ready to Book – Hire Info / Check Availability Form instead.

Our hire pricing is already clearly listed on the website. This form is designed for clients who would like a complete quote including transport and handling.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days of invoice to secure your booking

Unpaid bookings will be released due to high demand
Hire Period
Standard Hire (Flat Rate)
Includes up to 5 days: Thursday Delivery – Monday Collection, allowing plenty of time for setup and pack-down.
Extended Hire
Additional days outside this period incur a 25% daily hire fee.
Booking Confirmation
Once you’ve reviewed and accepted your quote, a Booking Invoice will be issued.
Your booking is secured upon payment of the 25% non-refundable deposit, with remaining payments outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
