Please use this form to check availability and begin the booking process for self pick-up and return on your chosen date. Our hire prices are already listed on the website, so this form is for those who are ready to take the next step and bring their event vision to life. Simply fill in all the details, including quantities, and we’ll get back to you to confirm availability for your date.
If your requested items and dates are available, we’ll then send you a Booking Invoice so you can secure your hire with a 25% non-refundable deposit.

1. Standard Hire Period (Flat Rate): Our flat hire rate covers up to 5 days (Thursday Pickup - Monday Return), allowing you plenty of time for setup and pack-down around your weekend event.
2. Extended Hire Policy: Need your items a little earlier or want to return them later? No problem — an Extended Hire Fee of 25% of the total hire amount applies for each additional day outside the standard Thursday–Monday window.
3. Booking Confirmation: After we’ve checked availability for your chosen dates, we’ll send a Booking Invoice (not a quote). A 25% non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days to secure your booking, with remaining payments as outlined in section 8. Payments & Cancellations Schedule our Terms & Conditions.
