After your event return the Audio Guestbook to us and we will download and compile your personal greeting and guest messages into one MP3 file and email this to you. Alternatively you can simply access and download your greeting and guest messages by connecting the supplied USB cable from the telephone to your PC. The "GREETING" folder contains your personal greeting message and the "GUEST" folder contains your guests well wishes and messages.
The GREETING & GUEST messages are stored in single MP3 format files and require software to join and compile them into one MP3 file.
